Pam has 27 years of energy industry experience in petroleum refining, marketing, and transportation as well as natural gas gathering and processing. Prior to Agriculture Energy Partners, she held C-Suite positions including President, and EVP & Chief Financial Officer of MPLX GP LLC. Pam was on the board of directors of MPLX GP LLC, the general partner of MPLX LP, NYSE: MPLX, the publicly traded energy midstream and logistics affiliate of Marathon Petroleum Corporation, the largest U.S. manufacturer of transportation fuels. In these roles, she had a record of strategic growth and increasing returns to shareholders. She is a seasoned executive with extensive financial, capital markets, strategy, and business development experience including structuring joint ventures and leading M&A transactions. She led the strategic diversification into natural gas gathering and processing with the acquisition of MarkWest Energy Partners, the largest gathering and processing provider in the prolific Marcellus basin. In a prior role as Vice President of Business Development, Downstream, she led the initial formation of an ethanol manufacturing joint venture with The Andersons, Marathon’s first scale investment in renewable fuels. Pam holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Findlay and an MBA from Bowling Green State University. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Ohio (non-practicing). 


Greg McCartney Agriculture Energy Partners

Greg has over 38 years of experience in environmental remediation and waste recycling. Prior to Agriculture Energy Partners, Greg was waste and remediation manager for Marathon Petroleum Company, the largest U.S. manufacturer of transportation fuels. In this position he oversaw the waste and remediation activities across the enterprise which included implementing and measuring performance toward sustainability goals. Greg was responsible for centralized waste minimization and management strategies including modernization of wastewater sludge treatment systems across Marathon’s refinery complex. Greg came from OHM Remediation Services where he commercialized the on-site thermal treatment of contaminated soils including PCBs, dioxin, highly chlorinated and radioactive waste. Greg led the effort to obtain the first USEPA national permit to incinerate PCB contaminated soils in all fifty states. Greg was instrumental in the application of thermal technologies across a broad scope and size of projects, including those approaching $100 million in value, in the United States and Canada. In addition, Greg was engineering manager for FMT, a custom machine tool manufacturer that designed and fabricated specialized equipment for manufacturing facilities of Fortune 500 Companies. Greg holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University and became a registered Professional Engineer in three states. 


Dave Whikehart Agriculture Energy Partners

Dave has over 40 years of energy industry experience in petroleum refining operations and planning, product supply, commodity trading, and renewable fuels manufacturing and regulatory compliance. Prior to Agriculture Energy Partners, Dave was Senior Vice President, Light Products Supply and Logistics, Marathon Petroleum Company, the largest U.S. manufacturer of transportation fuels. In this role, Dave was responsible for supplying refined petroleum transportation fuels, renewable transportation fuels and refinery raw materials. Among other roles during his career at Marathon, Dave was operations manager over a 7-refinery system, Vice President of Business Development, and VP for Environment, Safety, and Corporate Affairs where a part of his responsibilities included corporate environmental programs as well as state and federal government affairs. Dave served on the board of Virent, a “drop-in” renewable transportation fuels technology development company and represented Marathon’s interests in an ethanol production joint venture with The Andersons. Dave is the named inventor on six U.S. patents granted and several more patents pending filed on behalf of Marathon related to the production of low emission transportation fuels. Dave holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and an MBA from Bowling Green State University.
